--THINGS I WILL NEVER DO AS A COMIC ARTIST--

I pledge to hereby maintain my pride and dignity as an artist of the graphic novel orientation by never doing the following things that may or may not make me any less or more of a comic book artist:

-I will never have my comic read from right to left.
-I will never use Japanese dialog just for fun.
-I will never have male characters whose gender is questionable.
-I will never use sparkles unless glued upon paper in some weird design.
-I will never draw a fancomic of Naruto, Bleach, Death Note, or Final Fantasy. Any other fancomic will be met with great delegation and consideration.
-I will never use the terminology uke and seme. EVER AGAIN.
-I will never have gay guys who hate each other then fall in love, worship each other from afar, have who one who is a dick and the other a shy thing, or any other stereotypical yaoi plot.
-I will never have any of my characters drawn in incomprehensible outfits that would never work without falling apart.
-I will never base my comic in Japan. I have never been there.
-I will never make my comics too far fetched unless they are super hero comics.
-I will never have characters who will wear Japanese school uniforms.
-I will never have characters who will do everything Japanese.
-I will never be liked by the general youth public.
-I may never be a good comic artist. :0

Haha I was laughing through most of this. I think I can get away saying stuff like this because I did everything above in my older comics. Like really, big eyes and everything. It was hilarious. I might sound really preachy but I think these are more things I want to go by personally if I ever plan on taking myself serious as a comic book artist in America. Except for the last two. Those were more comedy than anything.

Holy shit I should upload some of my old anime work! That would be fucking awesome!
